About Digital Banking and Transformation:

The Digital Banking and Transformation (DBAT) team builds new end-to-end customer propositions with an ambition of delivering new age financial services directly to the customers. The DBAT team has invested in digital capabilities that include building the bank’s own engineering team, adapting new age engineering practices and building an API centric architecture to improve customer experience, employee experience and efficiencies

About the Role:

A Growth hacker will research and identify ways to build our brand and acquire new clients. The Growth hacker responsibilities include tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behaviour and exploring market trends and opportunities. S/he processes and analyses marketing data to ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and we target our audience through successful campaigns across the customer acquisition funnel (e.g., landing pages, application forms etc.) as well as help interpret results, derive insights & communicate findings to a broad set of business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

As a growth hacker, you will

·       Analyse sales funnels and customer intent

·       Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns

·       Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement

·       Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)

·       Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns

·       Conduct competitive research and analyse benchmarking data

·       Recommend website and campaign optimizations

·       Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc.)

·       Define and build reports and dashboards of key digital marketing KPIs

Domain Expertise:

·       Experience with marketing data analysis and reporting

·       Experience of working in digital marketing environment, e.g., with ad servers, web analytics, search bid management etc.

·       Familiarity with digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization UX, SEO & Landing Page optimization with knowledge of key digital marketing KPIs (CPC/CACs etc.)

·       Strong knowledge of SQL, statistics and proficiency in Excel and proficiency in data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau; knowledge of database structures and data mining techniques preferred

Agile/Digital Experience Expertise:

·       Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

·       Worked in a Digital Marketing team before.

Individual Skills:

·       Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions

·       Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply

·       Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
